An exchange takes place within the cells through electronic current waves on living tissue. This effect is diathermic and means that the high-frequency current causes an ion current with very fast electrical oscillations, which then leads to increased permeability of the cell walls.

Tecar-INDIBA is preferably used in pain therapies, within rheumatology and traumatology, for the rehabilitation of trauma, for lymph drainage, for general improvement of mobility and within sports therapy, as well as for injuries to muscles, tendons, sprains, arthroses, including joint prostheses, arthritis, pain in the spine and extremities due to inflammatory processes, oedema, circulatory disorders and many more.

The therapy should not be used in patients with a cardiac pacemaker, an insulin pump, phlebitis, pregnancy, cartilage formation, for example. during growth, insensitivity to heat, nor in the case of acute fever or an infection.
