OUR PHYSIOTHERAPY APPLICATIONS
Isokinetics is a demanding rehabilitation therapy on the isokinete. More than 20 treatment patterns are trained and measured on this special therapy device (in the computer-controlled training system).
Isokinetic training offers various training and therapy options and has proven itself in the use of physiotherapy and rehabilitation measures.
It is a form of strength training in which the device moves at a constant speed regardless of the force applied by the patient with the result that different muscle groups and extremities are trained. The maximum resistance is calculated, after which the patient’s full range of motion can be determined and the muscles are strengthened uniformly.
This form of training is suitable for patients with sports injuries and overuse injuries, as well as for patients with pointed patellar syndrome, tight shoulders, golfers and tennis elbows, ankle sprains, cruciate ligament and meniscus damage, osteoporosis and obesity and much more.
The great advantage of isokinetic training is an effective promotion of muscle strength with little expenditure of time, the training of injured body regions, an effective application especially after joint operations, no invasive method and no medication.
