Microdermabrasion treatment is a special peeling method in which ultra-fine sand or salt crystals abrade the top layer of skin. A pen-shaped device is used for this purpose. It radiates aluminium oxide, sand or salt crystals onto the skin and sucks them back in together with the removed skin flakes.
The aesthetic treatment comprises four steps:
First, there is a comprehensive skin analysis and a thorough cleansing of the skin in order to completely remove sebum. Microdermabrasion then takes place for about 15 to 30 minutes and is rounded off with a follow-up cleansing, a face mask and a moisturizer.
The effect of microdermabrasion is similar to a strong peeling and ensures that the pores are deeply cleansed and the microcirculation of the skin is stimulated so that the skin’s own regeneration processes can be promoted.
Microdermabrasion can help with acne scars, large pores, pigment disorders, blemished skin and the first wrinkles.
The treatment is not suitable for acne, neurodermatitis and psoriasis.
